SOS will be using the USASF Levels and Safety RegulationsM for the 2008-2009 Season.
Spirit of the South will be offering Level 6 for the Senior Divisions only.

Regulations

Cheer Squad Regulations

Routine Time Limit: 2:30 total routine time which begins with the first beat or word and concludes with the last word or beat.
Routines will be performed on a 54' by 42' spring loaded cheer floor.

60 sec. max. music

NOTE: Individual, Duo, and Stunt competition will NOT be done tournament style. Each competitor will compete once with the winner being announced at the conclusion.
